    I have been with minejerseys for a year and a half and I loved the shirts. However, the customer service that I’ve received has turned into me being scammed. I asked minejerseys if they could do a couple of custom shirts. They said they could. A few weeks later, I asked for an update and they said they would have one soon. Emailed a week later, same email, same method of communication as always and they replied they never accept orders via email and it wasn’t them. I said that was impossible because we were still on the same email chain where all this was agreed. I then showed them screenshots of the exchange and they said it was a hacker email. I showed screenshots of the email I emailed and a screenshot of their contact page showing it was the same email. They said it was still a hacker but they would give me a coupon for $140. Which is strange because I deliberately didn’t tell them how much I had paid “the hacker”. So they already knew how much I had spent, meaning it was them that agreed to do the order in the first place. The thing is, I wasn’t even mad about the situation. They’d given me a coupon to make up for it and the shirts I’d asked for were quite specific so if they had just emailed and said, hey we can’t do this, here’s a coupon or money back, I would’ve completely understood. Well, it’s been a month and the shirts I ordered with the coupon have not arrived. Not only that, the tracking numbers I was given show that there is no package with that tracking information. I have emailed multiple times, sent messages on WhatsApp and Instagram and heard nothing. No doubt that this review will get buried with fake reviews. Minejerseys, if your going to leave fake reviews, make sure you use different emails and also don’t copy and paste a good review that I gave you 6 months ago. It’s a complete shame because I have bought with minejerseys multiple times before and have always loved the shirts. I recommended a lot of people to them, but to have customer service like this is just poor.

    It came with no adidas patch on the front bottom right. I recently bought a reissued 99/00 away jersey and you can clearly tell that the jersey I bought from minejersey is inferior in all directions: quality of the fabric, color and fit. Considering how I paid close to 40 dollars for this piece rather than 15 from other similar websites, i expect a better quality. When i complained about the missing patch, they said they will send another on ONLY IF i made another purchase. Why? I do not recommend these folks.

    I did my order on November 3rd 2024 and at least my package arrived (December 6th) to Mexico City. But talking about the the shirt, the material quality is excellent but the sizeing is not correct, I bought 3 medium jerseys and my Arsenal jersey is shorter than the order 2 (Real Madrid & Juventus) and the neck is too large for that reason I am giving 3 stars. The delivery time is about a month for mexican customs I suppose. I think I will gift this jersey to my cousin.

    The Jersey is perfect and exactly what was described. I had some issues with delivery and only got the package after 2,5 months. The support service was really good and help me to solve the issue without any additional charge.

    Super disappointed. Beware! The team crest and manufacturer logo are front and center on this shirt, the first two things you see. Sadly, when the shirt was manufactured the logo is not straight but crooked. Customer service told me the shirt is fine to wear - sure, but it looks cheap. They only offered me a $10 coupon... Very disappointed with this transaction and cannot recommend. Proceed with caution.

    I received the jersey quite quickly. It is as in photo on the website. However, I didn't look carefully at it before ordering. The logo is ugly. The lines are not straight and the snake looks more like an old chihuahua. Next time I want to buy a replica, I will be more vigilant.

    Real Madrid jersey came defective. You removed the “HP” patch and the glue mark was left, which ruined the sleeve of the jersey. Colombia jersey should say “Colombia” on the back of the neck and this one says nothing.
